Is currently looking for:
 
PROCESS CONTROL ANALYST (2)
 
Performs technical function relating to product in process, out-going and in-coming and responsible to ensure that product meets the customer's quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs required qualitative and quantitative tests on all in-process.
Prepares daily reports on process monitoring for RC and SRC plant and submits them on time to the Process Control Supervisor for checking and approval.
Conducts sampling of product in process for testing or evaluation.
Computes the correct alcohol concentration or volume needed for product sterilization and instructs the sterilizer operators about it.
Conducts random inspection of process parameters according to agreed specifications or range.  
Makes immediate decisions for product in-process according to agreed parameters and as authorized by the Process Control Supervisor.
Prepares and issues Corrective/Preventive Action Reports for nonconforming product in-process deviations.
Coordinates with production supervisor or operators in matters relating to out of specs in-process parameters.
Recommends changes to lab system, procedure or process based on facts or data gathered or on observed problem.
Conducts internal calibration of lab equipment and apparatus as required in the annual calibration plan.
Participates in the annual Proficiency tests prepared for lab analysts.
Recommends and/or monitors new process/design improvement until verification and validation with the R&D and/or QA/QS group.
Conduct laboratory testing for seaweed deliveries and sample for testing
Monitors and records data specified in critical limits
Issue sampling instruction for incoming seaweeds raw material.
Perform other job-related duties required or assigned and not limited to the job description without overlapping with other duties.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Chemical Technician
Laboratory work experience preferred but maybe dispensed with
