-Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process
-Answering inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, including room types and rates, directions, and local attractions
-Resolving guest complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner
-Responding to guest requests for extra amenities, such as towels, linens, and room service
-Assisting guests with any special needs or requests, such as accessibility needs or dietary restrictions
-Updating guest information and ensuring accurate record-keeping
-Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications?
-Must be at least be a high school graduate old curriculum, or Senior HS grad
-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
-Above Average English communication skills
- Must be willing to work on site
-Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs
