A Customer Service Representative in an online retail account is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. The main duties of this role include:
• Responding to customer inquiries, providing information and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Handling customer orders and returns.
• Responding to customer complaints and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Proactively offering solutions and alternatives to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as the fulfillment center, to resolve customer issues.
• Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to management to continuously improve customer service processes.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide informed and accurate responses to customers.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve customer experience.
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Sales Management, Customer Support, Technology, Information technology
