Responsibilities
Uphold global standards in Customer Service
Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects
Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back office tasks
Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnership between the company, client, and shareholders
Job Requirements
Customer service experience is preferred but not required
At least College Level. High School Graduates with at least 6 months experience in a BPO are also encouraged to apply.
Must be at least 18 years old
Willing to work at our Pasig or EDSA site
