A support employee is responsible for assisting the business operations and responding to customers' inquiries and concerns regarding its goods and services. Support logs all customers' interaction and escalates potential complaints to the appropriate department
Qualifications
- Atleast Sr. High School Graduate
- Excellent English Communication
- Experience on phone, email and live chat support but not required
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preffered but not required
- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Amenable to Report Onsite
