Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be delivering support to customers and clients of the
biggest product brands world - wide.
You'll be in-charge of:
Answering incoming calls from our customers
Providing solutions to customer inquiries/requests
Guaranteeing customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various Concentrix and client-located tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide leading-edge service in a welcoming, assured and expertiseable manner
Basic Appropriate qualifications:
At least high school graduate
practice of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; but candidates without work practice are welcome to apply
Excellent English Communication expertise - verbal and written
Basic expertise on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving expertise
Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
Good team player
