Answering customer calls, taking in their issues, and providing solutions are the responsibilities of a call center representative. To ensure that everyone receives the assistance they require as soon as possible, they manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients.
At least Highschool Graduate with Customer Facing Experience
SHS Grad / College Undergrad /
College Grad no experience needed
Call center experience is not required but an advantage
With Good to Excellent english communication skills both written and verbal
