QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years and relevant job experience or Masters Degree in electrical or physics engineering is required.
A minimum of 3 year of experience in project management and supervisory role.
Excellent English oral and written communication skill, with a customer orientation. Knowledge of product testing and product qualification is desirable.
Have personal computer skills in word processing; spreadsheet applications with CAD, statistical math and project management experience a plus.
Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability
Good time management and strong communication skills, sense of teamwork and fast self-learning.
Must be innovative and have a general creative flair and able to identify and act upon problem solving.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop new products which meet sales/marketing request within manufacturing process capability.
Responsible for the development of supporting documentation for new product which includes mechanical drawings, product specifications, and bill of materials.
Performs tests and evaluates samples of new design and competitive product; prepares the supporting technical reports for sales/marketing, engineering, and customers.
Assists sales/marketing and QA in solving customer complaints arising form product applications and premature product field failure.
Writes application notes on relevant transducer topics for distribution to customers.
Investigates new materials to be used in manufacturing and new processes and coordinates adaptation of existing production and test equipment to fit new designs.
Proposes recommendations to increase product life and reliability.
