Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 25+ internal engineers. Architect scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions in a hybrid AWS cloud environment. Take complete ownership of the Non-Functional Requirements and in driving the technology roadmap. Help define and maintain principles, guidelines, reference architectures, standards, road maps, and patterns especially as they pertain to custom application development. Motivate the larger team by being abreast with latest technological trends and demonstrating superior leadership skills. Steer various technical initiatives by working with counterparts in other engineering groups considering operational requirements. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 5 or more years of extensive full-stack experience. At least 5 years of JAVA/J2EE technologies. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular, node.JS. At least 3 years' experience designing and building microservice services. Experience setting up CI/CD for new applications and development workflows. Experience with any type of containerization and orchestration technology. 2+ years of experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambdas, API Gateway, Cloud Formation, IAM. 3+ Years of AGILE Work Experience. AWS Certified Architect. Skill set/Years of experience/Proficiency level Angular/Node.JS 3+ Expert JAVA / J2EE 5+ Expert ECS, Lambda, API Gateway 2+ Expert NOSQL DB 2+ Expert Est.
