Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive applications from prospective tenants and verify if requirements are met and/or complete
• Communicate with tenancy applicants and provide references
• Collate all information from tenancy applicants and send to the Property/Leasing Managers in a timely manner
• Screen prospective tenants in databases
• Perform TICA check
• Add/update all tenants information into the Property Management software
• Ensure timely and accurate communication to tenants, landlords and Property/Leasing Managers
• Daily coordination of completed tasks with Property/Leasing Managers
• Attend to ad hoc or new property management tasks when required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working as a Property Management Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
• Minimum of 1 year experience in processing Tenancy Applications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience in working as a Virtual Assistant (either solely or part of a team)
• Knowledge and experience in PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage
• Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
• Ability to adapt & prioritize across multiple tasks and unexpected situations
• Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
