SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor Degree in Science Courses
At least two (2) years of Laboratory Management experience in either individual lab or a shared facility
Possess good written and spoken communication skills
Organized, meticulous and able to work together with the Laboratory Team to support the operation
Prior experience in Skincare Industry and/or knowledge of Research and Development are added advantage
NO. OF YEAR/S WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly reports to the Application Laboratory Manager
Create and compound formulations without supervision
Conduct stability and other tests for the product
Coordinate and Conduct Technical Trainings to all Sales Personnel and Clients (Presentation/ Product Training and Lab/Hands-on Training)
In-charge of prototype inventory and waste disposal
Other duties as directed by the Application Laboratory Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION/S:
Prototypes preparation based on the formulations made and given by Immediate Superior or may be formulated by himself/herself from customer's or Sales Team's requirement and specification or as initiated by immediate superior
Conducts Stability Tests
Assists Technical Training to all Sales Personnel - Laboratory Training and Product Training
Assists Technical/Basic Training to Clients - Presentation and Laboratory Training
Maintains the cleanliness of the laboratory
Monitors raw material inventory for prototypes
Monitors packaging materials inventory for prototypes
Attends internal and external Technical Training/s given by the suppliers
Conducts Training and Presentations to the Sales Team
Perform tasks that may assign by Immediate Superior
