Develops, modify/update and maintain assigned programs. Monitors the operation of assigned programs and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding. . Create database design and objects such as stored procedures and triggers, to support the applications and reports being developed. . Create Technical Specification Form (TSF) and Unit Test Result (UTR) documentation as per standard. . Ownership of assigned deliverables . Proactively guiding team members in resolving issues . Taking part in informal and formal review of deliverables . Supporting legacy systems with backups of all cases to/from parallel systems Professional Eligibility N/A Skills WEB programming using MS.NET, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL and MVC, OUTSYSTEMS (Mobile is an advantage) Good knowledge and skills of data structures, algorithms, system programming, system decomposition, communication, code organization, code readability, defensive coding, testing, code optimization and error handling. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication (verbal & written) skills Team player, with sense of accountability and ownership. Education Graduate of BS IT or related coursed, attended programming related classes or courses will be an advantage. Experience * Minimum 5 to 8 years programming experienced as an application developer required. * With extensive knowledge and skills in WEB programming using MS.NET, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL and MVC, OUTSYSTEMS (Mobile is an advantage). * Has experience in SAD (Systems Analysis and Design). * Preferably has working experience in real estate, hotels & conventions and holding company setup. * Experience in full life cycle implementation required. * Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication (verbal & written) skills * Team player, with sense of accountability and ownership.
