Job Description
Responsible for coding and debugging complex software modules and cases (drawing flow chart, designing database model, designing modules, architecture). To follow up coding standards and best practices, and provide suggestions for application and process improvement. To review business requirements, functional specifications and release notes to prepare test cases and scenarios. To perform troubleshooting, maintenance and 2nd level support of the products and services delivered. To prepare/review troubleshooting guides for frequent problems.
Responsible for the technical & functional aspect of solutions, from solutions design, user experience design, testing, systems analysis, roll-outs, & change management
Responsible for designing the essential core building blocks that make up a technical solution.
Producing a modular and flexible design that meets business requirements.
Develop applications with technical documentation and performs unit testing within the defined project schedule
Provides technical support during testing and resolving defects
Delivers L2 and L3 support services within the agreed SLA targets. This includes but not limited to analyzing production issues/tickets and in implementing the solution
Provides support and technical work for ISG initiatives including Program Optimization, Continuous Improvements, Project work, etc.
Work Experience
At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in web development and application maintenance support
Proficient in the following technologies: CSS, Javascript and HTML
Experience on APIs and databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL or AWS RDS - DynamoDB)
Experience in full software development life cycle
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and collaborative skill set with strong analytical skills with high performance quality results
Experience in Outsystems Development - Reactive Web and Mobile is a plus
