Build process automations in accordance with standard Technical Architect design principles and conventions
Manage development of complex or advance solutions with possible involvement of other technologies
Provide development or technology assistance to Jr. developer as needed
Identify and break down all necessary tasks to test an automated process
Design and set up test parameters either alone or as part of a team
Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
Update and maintain Solution Design Document
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly
Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Assist the Support Team during the deployment and roll-out phases
The Qualifications
At least 2 years professional experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) on any platform
An aptitude for logic and problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route on solving challenges
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview stakeholders, gather business process details and identify solution requirements
A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential
An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines
An understanding of software delivery methodologies (i.e. AGILE, Waterfall, V&V Model).
