Job Description:
• Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
• Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
• Provide estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.
NOTE: Loan Originator will not be the one to approve the loan application
The approval comes from the credit underwriting team.
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• 3 to 6 months of BPO experience is required.
Qualifications:
• Good Verbal communication skills
• Good Written communication
• Computer literate
• Good multitasking skills
• Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Customer Service Oriented
• Trainable

Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Sales
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
