Job Description Internship under Application and Services Engineering / Service Delivery Management that provides quality assurance from Service Transition to Service Operations
Generally responsible for solving issues to maximize business needs and deliver customer satisfaction as well as for communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Deliverables:
Review service transition acceptance requests and provide recommendations for Operations Readiness
Continuously drive implementation of relevant monitoring metrics
Ensure IRs (Incident Report) and SRs (Service Request) are resolved within SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Work through the process of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with varying technical teams and ensure quality results
Reviews approval requests for Change Activities in production and provide recommendations
Deliver tangible or sustainable output coming from CSIs (Continual Service Improvement) items
