ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve asanAPIsubject matterexpert and initial point of escalation for Confirmation API related inquiries Act as point of contact for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and escalation of customer support issues (application functionality,API connections) AssistCustomer SupportAgents, globallywithcomplexoruniqueinquiries by fielding escalatedcalls, providing additional research, or coaching theagentthroughto resolution Collect information,troubleshoot, diagnose, and report technical issuesand system limitations Developand updatehow-to, training and procedural documentation for use by Customer SupportAgentsor Knowledge Base Work cross-departmentally to explorecreativesolutionsto non-standard user request AssistAPI team with integration and user guidance Assist with general user support inquiries as able EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE: Experience : 3-6 years of experience in providing 2nd line API support Experience working with multiple teams across support, development, and operations. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with RESTful Web Service APIs. Familiarity with XML and reading/interpreting data in XML messages. Familiarity with JSON and reading/interpreting data in JSON messages. Experience with 3rd party API tools like Postman or Fiddler. Prior call center or customer service experience a plus Background in Quality Assurancea plus Must be a graduate.
