Responsibilities:
• Accounts payable processing via 3-way match
• Resolve issues by addressing internal departments.
• Ensure invoices are processed on a timely basis.
• Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, employees and management, and research discrepancies
• Ensure established financial controls are adhered to in the performance of specific procedures, and evidence is retained.
• Participate in process improvement projects and productivity enhancements, which include but are not limited to, expense reporting and reimbursement business processes and invoice automation.
• Running own meetings with project managers.
• Freight rebates: Month-end accrual / Follow up weekly with freight carriers who have not paid rebate.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in an automated payable environment
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and strong sense of urgency.
• Business partner and team oriented.
• Amenable to work on a fixed night shift and willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa once work on site resumes.
