Roles and Responsibilities
Job Objective: Responsible in processing and analysis of payable transactions of the company including preparation of monthly schedules and updating of Accounts Payable monitoring reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Daily invoice verification and processing of payment requests.
2. Makes sure that all payables are duly supported with documents which are compliant of internal/external requirements.
3. Ensures that all payment requests are supported with correct documents and duly approved.
4. Coordinates with Warehouse and Procurement on the completeness of receipt of items and timely submission of documents.
5. Monitoring of high valued payables and/or vendor balances.
6. Review/analysis of the following accounts and coordination for actions needed.
Advances to Suppliers
AP Uninvoiced
Accounts Payable balances
7. Preparation of schedules and analysis of AP GL accounts.
8. Monthly recording/analysis of accrual.
9. Preparation of other schedules/performance of other tasks as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education - graduate of BS Accounting
Experience/Expertise - Minimum of 6 months experience in Accounts Payable
Preferred Skills
· Analytical and systematic
· Computer literate
· Knowledge in ERP - NAV, SAP
· Possesses interpersonal and communication skills
