Tasks include: Identifying critical data points and capturing based on Groundspeed standards Associating data points with descriptor values for classification ensuring all relevant data points are fully and correctly captured within bounding boxes Up to two weeks of training is expected to master workflows. Immediately following the pilot, Groundspeed will seek to expand the team into higher skill-level roles that require a greater amount of domain knowledge and approximately one month of training. The following criteria will be used to measure the success of the pilot team: Time per task Task quality Efficiency Utilization Ability to l earn / ramp time Communication & ability to follow instructions Engagement Annotator Skill Set: Bachelor's degree minimum Strong English written & oral Strong computer skills (basic navigation, typing, etc.) Strong communication skills Attention to detail for high-volume, repetitive tasks Eager to learn
