Job Responsibilities:
· Work Order Generation, maintaining & updating work orders as needed based on customer change requests.
· Able to review shortage list
· Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.
· Launching of build to stock orders (BTS). Ensure timeliness of delivery and data entry.
· Checking of all orders that are to be shipped from stock to ensure that they are accurate and complete, verify labels & serial numbers for order.
· Perform stores transfers for day's production as needed in MRP system. Perform job issues or returns in system.
· Responsible for cycle counting activities to assure accuracy of inventory levels.
· Communicate with Materials and Production Teams in order to proactively identify issues that will affect production schedules.
· Ensure that raw materials, WIP and finished goods (FG) are within the inventory optimum levels.
· Handles Multiple products
· Development of work orders - how the work orders would be put together
· Understands and reviews production/planning capacity
· Corrects sequence
