Instructs farm supervisor/manager on proper husbandry, animal health programs and record keeping procedures
Reviews and evaluate the result of the implemented procedures based on resultiing production efficiencies and prepares post harvest analysis as needed
Gives feedback on the results of evaluation to the respective Area Operations Manager(AOM), Animal Health Specialist or Nutritionist for the purposes of reviewing over all technical programs
Develops/design management programs for farms handled to suit specific requirements in consultation with respective AOM, other APS and Animal Health Specialist
Conducts in-farm seminars on Basic Broiler Management, company policies and programs
Harvest projections of grown broilers based on targeted average liveweight and volume and coordinate with live logistics
Assist CDG in the conduct of land site inspection to applicants to evaluate suitability for broiler farm expansion
Coordinates with the farm/growers the information related to the scheduling of harvest, volume, dressing plants and loading time
Validates/evaluates readiness farms queued for loading regarding biosecurity, facilities/equipment and manpower complement, volume capacity and date of loading
Regularly communicates with Hatchery for updates on date and estimated volume of day-old broilers hatched based on the hatching egg set
Plans chick loading with the Hatchery, APS, Logistics, Operations Planning, AOM and scheduler
Coordinate chick loading with the hatchery, APS, Logistics, Operations Planning, AOM and scheduler
Monitors weeklygrowing efficiencies such as mortality, feed consumption, average live weight and average daily gain in order to accurately project harvesting of grown broilers
Conducts feed inventory check and request for additional feeds based on flocks harvest dates
Closely monitors the timely delivery of feeds based on the feed regimentation schedule and promptly report unconsumed excess feeds at the farm for immediate retrieval
Queues broiler farms based on clean up date for day old broiler loading
Monitors status of competitors in his/her area of assignment
