Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Take part in brainstorming ideas for product features and their design - you won't just be handed a spec and asked to code it up.
working on high profile projects that are in demand from our customers and critical to the company's success.
working closely with co-workers in Bulgaria as well as with people in Canada and USA.
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
Job Qualifications:
Overall experience:
University or College degree in computer science (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
Experience in front-end and back-end development
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
Front-End:
Strong knowledge of web technologies JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON
Experience with Angular Framework, Angular Material UI component library
Back-End:
Experience with back-end web development using ASP.NET core, .NET 6+ and C#
Strong knowledge of REST
Intermediate SQL skills including database design, querying, stored procedures, and performance.
Other requirements:
Creative thinking and problem solving
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Versatile with multiple technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Git
Assets:
Azure development experience.
Aptitude for UX design
Experience with or knowledge of Supply Chain concepts (Warehousing, Transportation, Business Processes, etc)
Experience with or knowledge of EDI concepts (Trading Partners, Transaction Sets, etc)
Examples of your intelligence, enthusiasm, and expertise in the form of Stack overflow reputation, Github account, blogging, or other interaction with development communities.
