Job Overview As an Android Developer Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and architecting robust and scalable Android applications. You will lead the development team, set technical direction, and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Android developer with a strong architectural mindset, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications. Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and development of Android applications from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Provide technical leadership to the Android development team, mentoring and guiding team members on best practices and coding standards. Design and implement robust and scalable architecture for Android applications, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Android development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into the development process. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software products. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an Android Developer with a focus on architectural design. Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages. In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Android applications. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
