Description
Overall Purpose:
The Data Analytics Manager will be accountable for measuring and monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify rooms for improvement. The role will also be responsible for working with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather data from data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Extract, transform and load the data prior for statistical/computational analysis
Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques
Develop suitable solutions to issues such as metrics and performance measurements
Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years relevant experience
3 years of managerial experience
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong knowledge and expertise in reporting packages, databases, and programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL Frameworks)
Location: Cebu
Shift: Morning; 7 am - 4 pm (but needs to be flexible for shifting depending on the business needs)
