By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description As Analytics Governance Manager for Data Acquisition, you will be the front-gate steward of enterprise data - ensuring every dataset entering our analytics ecosystem meets the highest standards of quality, governance, and compliance. You will lead the end-to-end process of onboarding new data sources, certifying Data Quality for Analytics (DQ4A), and aligning with enterprise data-management and governance frameworks.This is a non-development leadership role: you will orchestrate people, processes, and technology, while engineering teams handle the actual builds.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the data acquisition and DQ4A certification process, ensuring all new and changed data sources meet governance and quality requirements.Design, implement, and continuously improve data acquisition processes, including change management and risk controls.Coordinate with engineering, data governance, and business teams to define drivers, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.Maintain meticulous documentation, lineage, and compliance records for audits and enterprise reporting.Foster a culture of data discipline and risk awareness across stakeholders.Must-Have Requirements5 years data management, platform service delivery, or analytics experience3 yrs process management (design, implementation, change mgt)3 years of experience with implementing or managing enterprise-scale data warehouse or data management projects - understanding data tools3 years of enterprise scale data warehouseAbility to understand the key drivers, dependencies and risksStrong understanding of data tools (cleansing, master data management, metadata, etc.) and data quality policies and procedureMeticulous attention to detail with an overall passion for disciplineAbility to understand and assess potential riskDeep understanding of data governance, data management principles/processesBachelor's Degree in any related disciplineNice-to-Have Requirements3 years of experience managing people or leading project teams3 years of experience with implementing or managing enterprise-scale data warehouse or data management projectsCertification in relevant database and business intelligenceUnderstanding of billing, provisioning applicationsSuccessful draft, implementation, and compliance auditing of a data governance policyEqual Opportunity Employer
