Produce insights, analyses and business intelligence that lead to informed data-driven decision making. Leverage on various systems/data sources and manage analyses/system workflow and processes to help ensure the organization has efficient and timely analytics to support strategy execution.
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and prioritizes critical data/information needed to produce actionable insights that will maximize CAPEX investments and drive higher utilization
Analyzes how internal business drivers such as acquisitions, migration, churn, NSP, DQ, NPS, sales manpower (agent count and productivity), and network builds impact facility utilization to proactively identify gaps that need to be addressed
Collaborates with builds maximization partners so that key insights from dashboards and analyses are translated into strategies and initiatives across regions and business areas
Synthes key data from partners and translates these into actionable insights that will enable leaders to craft effective business strategies
Crafts ideal visualization/storytelling approaches to effectively leverage insights
Automate reporting and visualizations leveraging on Snowflake, Tableau, and other tools (eliminates manual reporting and visualizations)
