Market Job Description About Wells Fargo Philippines Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila. Department Overview The Enterprise Compromised Date team is responsible for leading the assessment, investigation, and mitigation of compromised data incidents across the Wells Fargo enterprise, including ensuring data breach notifications to government regulators and individuals are handled appropriately. About the Role Responsible for consulting with partners to identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations. Identifies and recommends internal and external data sources, compiles/mines data from multiple, cross business sources; recommends and participates in the development of complex analysis designs using statistical and/or financial analysis, predictive modeling, process documentation, comparative analysis, customer/demographic analysis, etc.; interprets results and recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency/quality, etc. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources. To a certain degree, may assist indirectly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization. May manage project teams and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Responsibilities Provide ongoing reporting and data analytics and data trending Apply data standards to reporting including data quality, change management, data trending, metric thresholds Assist in defining the go forward reporting environment and assist with the implementation and alignment of new incident tracking system Assist in testing new tools and processes to achieve and compare acceptable results Ability to share knowledge, cross train, partner and mentor with team members and partners Help organize, and maintain data and technology related procedures and documentation Market Skills and Certifications Required qualifications: 5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work Must have a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both Prior experience working with analytic capabilities Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals. Must possess strong collaborative skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate powerfully and prolifically to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex Ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas.
