1. Undertake structural data; configuration, setup and maintenance tasks of various objects within the MES - Manufacturing Execution Systems - CAMSTAR.
2. Configure Security Access, User class, Account, Work Flow, Operations, Products, Loss/Bonus Codes, Loss / Hold reasons.
3. Touch base with other various systems related business processes. PCR (Process Change Request), TRAK / Finance Reconciliation, Agile. LMS and etc.
4. Work with various department on configuring Equipment Entities, Equipment Family, and conformance to E10 Maintenance states, Status Models / Reasons, Maintenance Jobs, RSCP and Data collection setups.
5. Act as coordinator to tie product to MES systems when new products released, define process flow, operations, routes, loss/bonus codes for both EBR and Production Lots.
6. Convert paper based data collection, manual physical shop order scribes to organized data collection formats by liaising feedback from users.
7. Perform weekly or periodic audits to conform to QA Control Plans, User Input for Loss / Reject / Yield requirement and Special Roles Administrative Access Mgmt.
8. Support process improvement initiatives and project.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in IT, IE or Engineering with mathematical or programming background.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Manufacturing or Engineering.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals
Able to plan and execute plans effectively
Able to gather, organize and analyze information/data
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employee
Able to enforce compliance to company policies and regulations
Possess good self-discipline and positive attitude to adapt changes
