Perform microbiological (sterility, pyrogen, bioburden, particulate matter) tests, in-process or physical analysis on raw materials, products, processes and critical systems. Compliance with Quality and EHS Policies Testing and evaluation of on-going and new products' stability studies Document all data in designated logbooks/test records accurately, clearly and legibly as per cGMP regulations and prepare reports of work done Review and revision of SOPs, forms and other Plant records. Perform required routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and plant equipment (equipment validation, calibration) Engage in employee involvement activities (process improvement, team meetings, housekeeping, training, documentation, internal quality audit team participation). Perform equipment and method validation.
