Roles and Responsibilities
The job will involve working in a team environment and liaising with internal customers to gather requirements to develop functional specifications to ensure a timely delivery of overall business solutions.
The other responsibilities of the Analyst Programmer:
- Continuously work to maintain the Grace Group of companies in a functional IT status
- Provide a first class prompt service and escalate problems as needed
- Continued development and enhancements
- Identify and assist the Senior Management team to establish priorities
- Document and manage the applications portfolio
- Ensure integration of data with the various websites
- Diagnosing and resolving software issues
- Assisting with application development and support of our software suite of products
A Successful Candidate must have
- Good conception abilities, attention to detail and a commitment to a high level of quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and work on several projects concurrently
- Self-motivation
- Proficient with
- Open Edge Programming experience in character environments
