As an important member of the ATO organization, the candidate will be responsible for the oversight of multiple projects within ATO such as Cost savings, Capacity utilization improvements, Test time reduction etc. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for the ATO organization to ensure that each manufacturing site meets or exceed their goals that will have a direct impact to the company's gross margin. These initiatives will include, partnering with business units, global supply chain, industrial engineers, and the factory. The successful candidate will join a fast paced, growth organization supporting our overall corporate strategy focused on intelligent sensing and intelligent power products. We are looking for a leader that brings energy, strategy, passion, and an analytical mindset to our organization to transform our organization to the next level. The position reports directly to Director of Backend Manufacturing.
Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
. Track projects performances against baseline, identifying and addressing gaps, and proactively assessing and mitigating risks.
. Collaborate with Business Planning and Supply Chain organizations to understand demand signals
. Improve and streamline current work processes drive new processes where the need exists
. Understanding gaps to plan, driving to resolution, and communicating the results
. Driving strategic solutions that can be leveraged across the organization
. Prepare, analyze, and present major project updates. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Qualifications
BA/BS in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field.
12+ year of relevant experience in the Semiconductor Industry in either manufacturing, supplier management and/or program management roles.
Experience in planning and supplier management with the capability to analyze demand signals, translate them to material requirements, and align them to the overall manufacturing strategy to balance risk and optimize cost.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating, relationship building, program management and driving improvements with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability and willingness to present to executive team
Ability to travel up to 15%, as required
