Analyst, Organizational Development
Are you someone who is known to be analytical and can synthesize information presented?
Can you derive insights from looking at data sets?
Do you have the knack in translating complex data to easy-to-understand reports?
As the Analyst, Organizational Development you will be responsible for consolidating and preparing reports relevant to Learning and Development team. You should come with above average reporting skills as well as a proven record of ensuring a high level of accuracy and correlative insight. A strong action planning background and a keen eye for detail is an absolute must!
You will have an opportunity to:
Conduct program analysis and provide business insights
Do Post training mortem and SWOT analysis that will help to develop or improve L&D programs
Create, develop, and modify templates/reports to make it easier to understand
Maintain and safekeep L&D reporting files and ensure its accuracy
Evaluate measures of success using Kirkpatrick Model
Recommend plan of action based on trends and analysis
Review and analyze control mechanisms
Provide risks assessments and management
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders
Ad-hoc tasks, as required
You will be a great fit on our team if:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel (vlookups, count ifs, sum ifs)
Has 3 years experience in Reporting and Analytics or related field
College or University degree (with diploma) is preferred
Strong reporting, analytical and able to synthesize information being presented
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Dependable and respectful of confidentiality and policies
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
Can work independently or with less supervision
