What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Analyst who will be working with our client based in Boston. Our client is one of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies who acquires and develops great eCommerce brands. In this role, you will be a key part of the client's Product Creation and Innovation team and will be responsible for helping to develop the client's strategy for launching new products and managing launch execution alongside several teams.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Data Analysis: Perform analytical deep-dives to solve problems and cultivate growth opportunities; extract actionable insights by analyzing large data sets.
Project Management: Ensure seamless execution of new product ideas as they move from conceptualization and development to launch. Collaborate cross-functionally to bring products to market, including advertising, affiliate marketing, customer support, and merchandising.
Competitive Monitoring & Analysis: monitor the competitive landscape and design & execute tests to help us scale new product launches.
Process Codification & Development: Develop, test and codify the Product Creation & Innovation team's processes from ideation to launch to create a scalable innovation engine.

About You:
Core qualifications:
2+ years of work experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical
Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal)
Excel/Google Sheets skills required (including vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)
Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills with a diverse group of people
Ability to anticipate and proactively block and tackle issues that may arise and be able to work autonomously
Intellectually curious and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
Track record of bringing structure and process to something that is inherently messy
Organized, methodical and strong attention to detail
Sense of humbleness and desire to roll up sleeves and be agile - no job is too big or too small
Project management experience is a plus
