Job Description
The Analyst, IT Operation will be based in Cebu, Philippines. The position is responsible for delivering support systems required for delivering the day to day IT Operations of Core Business applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently by all IT Ops teams at all times. Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus should be on the stability of the support systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the IT infrastructure are other core responsibilities for this role.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
Ensure effectiveness of LAN, local DNS, and Cisco voice services systems and coordinate with the proper management based on regional/global defined standards.
Support and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network/telecom/server capacity meets existing and future requirements.
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and backup for enterprise wide network, server and voice infrastructure.
Manage system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures.
Support the process for analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of data and telecommunications problems for end users; oversee and implement corrective solutions.
Responsible for site computer room management, all site computer hardware and software purchase and installation at the site.
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
Possesses a Degree in related discipline
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required
