Human Capital Service Analyst
TeleTech is seeking a Human Capital Services Analyst to join our Human Capital Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Novaliches, Philippines.
What you'll be doing:
The Human Capital Services Analyst of Human Capital Services takes the lead in streamlining all human capital processes and supports all continuous process refinement initiative from other departments that intend to transition their administrative tasks to the shared services team. This is a role associated with the modeling and visual representation of business processes. A person in this role will work closely with Senior Managers, Project Managers and process users to identify core business processes and workflows.
What you'll bring to us:
Lead Human Capital Process Improvement projects and support Global PI Initiatives;
Works with relevant involved teams and process users to gain the best possible understanding of the process. Identifies possible problem areas and simulates these using 'what if' scenarios
Producing process maps, detailed job aids, and other process documentation as required
Owns the creation, maintenance and global deployment of the process standards and best practices for all departments to ensure consistent methodology and standardize organization requirements.
Providing assistance with producing, validating, and delivering Global PI Initiative deployment and compliance reports; managing and tracking exceptions, etc.
Lead and direct departmental improvements i.e. tools, templates, processes.
Reviews and updates processes as required
What skills you'll need:
Knowledgeable in MS Visio, MS Project, MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint and advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel
Strong written, oral, communications and facilitation skills.
Systemic problem solver, implementing solutions to solve root cause of problems.
Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact.
