Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities will not be limited to:
Responsible for the calculation and analysis of Analog Devices Worldwide Product Costs for New Products.
Responsible for analyzing changes on product costs and its gross margin impact.
Collaborate with Business Units, Engineers and Analysts around the world to support cost reduction initiatives in relation to their Full Factory Costs.
Implement process improvement solutions
SOX Compliance and Audit Support
Provide key business and financial guidance to business partners
Analyzing and interpreting financial results such as variance analysis, gross margin impact and the like.
Collaborate with business partners to provide guidance and influence strategic decision making
Identify cost savings and optimization opportunities with business partners
Perform scenario analysis
Lead costing harmonization activities
Provide ad hoc reports, as needed
QUALIFICATION
Strong analytical, accounting/financial skills and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of general financial controls and processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization
Able to allocate time effectively, work well under pressure and result-oriented
Strong interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Excellent presentation skills: ability to present financial information to non-financial audience
Experience with automation tools and process improvement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a semiconductor
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and/or related financial systems
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
