Area of expertise (Skills) Responsibilities: Documents requirements and validates data components Extract, analyze and summarize actionable tasks from various sources Creates data sets for system import Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting Troubleshoot bugs and issues that may occur post-delivery Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information and recommends changes to management Understand and validate ETL processes from various sources Process and discipline mindset Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making Provides analysis prior to and following any recommended changes Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with team members Provides day-to-day validation and spot checks Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Other Skills and Experiences (Min) Qualifications: Intermediate level SQL experience required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) concepts. Strong communication skills to work with partners internal and external to manage data flow into our infrastructure. Works well independently and as a team member Works well with clients in a customer focused environment Ability to take on new/additional work and manage priorities with moderate guidance Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root cause Sense of urgency during Go Live dates and adhere to flexible work schedule to meet project requirements PERFERRED SKILLS SQL Report creation experience Time Keeping and Attendance Programming knowledge a bonus Human Resource Cloud Solutions to include Core Human Resource concepts is a plus Payroll concepts is a plus Education
