Position Summary:
The position is responsible for design, develop, and implement of RPA solution for the Shared services Operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understands different RPA tool capability to solve problems during development & deployment
Possesses good knowledge of different client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements
Experience in troubleshooting, RPA development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements
Perform code review, design review, and provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration
Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process
Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases
Able to guide the team through the entire SDLC cycle and review the completed work effectively
Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
Willing to strictly adhere to all company guidelines, like but not limited to T&A, Safety guidelines, Ethics policies, Training requirement etc
Position in this classification will perform all responsibilities stated above and other related duties as assigned even if out of scope of direct responsibilities
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
B.E or B. Tech with IT/Computer Science/ Specialization
2+ years of post-qualification experience
Extensive experience of 2+ years in RPA tools
Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript)
Advanced Developer & Infrastructure certifications in RPA platform
Attention to detail
Ability to be adaptable/flexible
Ability to work with all levels in the organization
Expert on leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism and others
Understand the business process requirements and design
Analyze and assess automation feasibility
Knowledge in the use of Office Productivity Tools
Excellent communication skills (both oral and writing)
Exceptional Teamwork skills
Good interpersonal skills
PROFICIENT PC SKILLS:
Blue Prism is preferred or any other automation system is a plus
