Job Description Job Functions: Business Process Audit: * Assists in identifying and evaluating the company's risk areas and provides inputs for the development of the annual audit plan * Drafts the Audit Work Program for review by the Internal Job Description Job Functions: Business Process Audit: Assists in identifying and evaluating the company's risk areas and provides inputs for the development of the annual audit plan Drafts the Audit Work Program for review by the Internal Audit Manager / Audit In-Charge Performs audit procedures, including data analytics, gathering, reviewing, and analyzing evidence, documenting audit results Conducts interviews, inspects and reviews documents, prepares and administers questionnaires or surveys, prepares memos and documents working papers Identifies and assesses audit issues/observations and develops recommendations to address or mitigate the issues and/or observations identified Discusses audit results and action plans with the auditee Assists with the audit report preparation Monitors the status of the agreed-upon action items and performs remediation testing for the audit issues identified during the audit Performs other internal audit-related tasks as assigned SOX Audit: Performs SOX walkthroughs and testing procedures Documents the results of SOX walkthroughs and testing procedures Identifies and assesses SOX deficiencies and prepares deficiency memos Performs remediation testing of deficiencies identified during the SOX testing Performs other SOX-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Professional certification(s) preferred (e.g., Certified Public Accountant [CPA], Certified Internal Auditor [CIA], or Certified Information Systems Auditor [CISA]) At least 2-3 years relevant experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or related industry preferred Experience in business process or operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance testing preferred Strong knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance, and US-GAAP accounting concepts and principles Strong knowledge and skills in data analytics Strong planning and project management skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite applications, and other relevant audit-related software
