Position Description:
Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented Accounts Receivable Analysts to join our new shared service center in Cebu, Philippines. Working within an emerging shared services organization, the Accounts Receivable Analysts is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal stakeholders and Dover customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. The position requires the ability to research in-depth business process and customer issues with the objective of reaching resolutions that meet or exceed objectives with a positive financial impact to the company without negatively impacting customers. Perform review, validation, research, and issue resolution in the automatically identified deductions
based on short paid invoices from the Accounts Receivable data.
Merge pre-deductions and deductions manually on scenarios that the global rules will not match
automatically to avoid duplication of work.
Perform role specific tasks, update the deductions and route it in adherence to the workflow defined in
the system
Track notes, attachments, tasks, reminders, and monitor closure of the deduction items in the ERP.
Reach out to other functional teams to quickly bring deductions to closure.
Work closely with other AR sub functions analysts on deductions items related to the worklist.
Maintain productivity and meet service level agreements in a complex environment, including working
with and referencing data in legacy accounting systems
Assist with other projects or duties as assigned, including continuous improvement efforts
