Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with end-users to define requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing systems.
Work with IT teams for in-depth collaboration.
Design and develop cost-effective solutions to meet user requirements.
Document and deploy applications in a timely fashion.
Provide support for applications used in the factory operating in a 24x7 fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
ฺBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is required.
At least 5 years of experience in software development
PREFERRED:
knowledge in full software development life cycle
hands on experience in using the Microsoft Visual Studio development suite, including C#, ADO.NET, and Team Foundation Server.
Experience with MS SQL, DB2, and/or Oracle databases
SKILLS:
Ability to write clear requirements documents, design documents, test plans and end-user documentation.
Ability to present requirements, designs, test plans, and status to peers and management.
Demonstrated successes in operating in a collaborative team development environment
