SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES :
1 Drives ambulance vehicle and/or other Vehicles for official business trips, as authorized
2 Transports urgent patients to the hospital either for admission, treatment or
transfer in a short period of time
3 Assists the needs of the non-urgent patients
4 Assists the emergency team in handling patients for lifting to the ambulance
5 Makes reports concerning accidents or emergencies to appropriate authorities
6 Maintains good condition and safety of the ambulance
a. Conducts daily mechanical inspection of the ambulance
b. Makes minimal repair on ambulance as authorized
c. Makes necessary reports for any malfunctions or damages on the ambulance
d. Conducts daily inventory check on supplies needed inside the ambulance
e. Ensures that all necessary equipment and materials are intact, complete and well-functioning
7 Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the ambulance
a. Replaces supplies used inside the ambulance
b. Disposes properly the trash / garbage or used supplies
c. Ensures linens are clean and regularly changed
8 Makes other medical purchases as authorized
9 Do other errands related to patient care if necessary
10 Caters send-out requests of the Laboratory Department and other Departments
11 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
GENERAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : At least college level
Experience/Training : Minimum of six (6) months related experience, preferably with Certificate
of BLS Training.
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude : With valid driving license of professional 123 and clean driving record;
hardworking, matured and compassionate
