We are URGENTLY looking for AMAZON & WALMART SPECIALIST to enhance sales and online presence on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring the best customer experience and overseeing all related business aspects of these platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales and Profitability
Maximize sales on Amazon and Walmart.com
Implement strategies for listing optimization, advertising, pricing, and product offerings.
Vendor and Agency Management
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Ensure the effective representation and marketing of our products.
Data Analysis and Optimization
Optimize Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV)
Monitor metrics like ROAS, ACOS, and CPC, making adjustments for optimal performance.
Customer Experience
Ensure an enhanced customer experience
Promptly resolve issues and promote repeat sales.
Internal Communication
Educate and challenge management to maintain leadership in the market
Handle products deactivated due to content compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required in any field
Preferably with at least 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, particularly with Amazon and Walmart.com
Profound knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart.com Marketplace tools
Experience with third-party vendor and agency management
Track record of optimizing CAC, LTV, and AOV
Familiarity with CPC, conversion rate strategies, ROAS, and ACOS
Expertise in product listing optimizations, A+ content creation, and issue resolutions on platforms
Knowledge of MAP pricing, competitive pricing, competitive pricing strategies, and SaS Core (used by Amazon)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to drive strategy from data insights, fast learner & highly trainable
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, Responsible, and has initiative
Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
