Who are we:
As an E-commerce VA who will be responsible for providing administrative support for their Amazon platform. You will perform various tasks such as monitoring of product reviews, updating of listings, managing social media presence, monitoring of emails and inventory. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal.
You will be a highly critical thinker with a sound understanding of the launch, ranking factors, and review techniques.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Standard listing quality checks, Amazon Account health checks, monitoring Basecamp for new notification tasks.
Assisting your line manager in developing SOPs & Training Material for future staff on-boarding.
Keyword Research for Amazon SEO
Monitor account health and metrics and proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly
Implement Amazon promotions per a given schedule & plan
Setting up and developing clear and rich reporting systems
Updating Listing Data via Front-end/Flat-File
Initiate inventory replenishments using inventory forecasting system
Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries and issues
Fulfill any other role duties as directed by your line manager.
Your capability:
Excellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
Knowledge of Amazon platform and best practices
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout a big plus
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Display a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and open to changing business priorities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Able to work independently with a cross-functional team environmentExcellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
