What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of an Amazon Seller Central Manager for a FAST growing company. Our client is a growing Digital Community that manages accounts across the globe, with a focus on Social Media, SEO, Advertising, and Remarketing.
The ideal candidate will be part of an exciting organization that continues to develop and grow its team members. Someone who is knowledgeable in Amazon Seller Central, dynamic, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow optimizations.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how Amazon Seller Central can help us achieve our business goals.
This is a 100% remote Full-Time role.
In this role, you will:
Manage end-to-end customer service experience on Amazon with an eye toward fast resolution of customer contacts
Launch new products or promos for AB testing
Monitor inventory flows in/out of Amazon
Manage brand registry and Amazon calls
Monitors sales projections using system reports and tracking in Google Sheets.
Monitor product listings on Amazon for various issues including unauthorized changes, pricing errors, BuyBox suppressions.
Proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly
List, update and edit existing catalogue listings and monitor contents in Amazon
Optimize product detail pages (PDP) by adding images and improve content
Generate keyword ranking files; analyze and set appropriate target ranks for each keyword
Select browse nodes for optimal search experience and best-seller badge
Open cases depending on necessity and as instructed
Monitor existing cases and update our case management system for follow through by supervisor
Monitor account health and metrics and proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly
Creating and updating flat files with listing content
About You:
Basic qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field
Previous work experience with managing and navigating Amazon systems
Expert level in Amazon Seller Central overall operations
Experience working with Sellercloud
Knowledge of Amazon best practices, creation of listings, and uploading of applicable flat files and eCommerce operations.
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Must love working with numbers and large amounts of data
Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
