What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Amazon Listing Specialist who will be working with our client based in the UK. Our client manufactures and sources useful and practical products serving customers all over the world.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Optimise Amazon listings by performing ongoing keyword optimisation and competitor analysis, and continuously updating or improving product listings including listing copy and listing images/videos
Conduct various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic
Continuously optimise Amazon listings by improving searchability and site usability
Resolve all types of listing issues including creating and monitoring cases to resolve listing issues, and offer insights to improve listing performance
Follow up on open cases to resolve listing and account issues
Collaborate with Creatives and Marketing Team in planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to boost traffic to listings (As needed)
Regularly monitor sales, listing performance, and keyword performance
Conduct standard listing quality checks, account health checks and performance notifications check
Keep up to date with Amazon policies, procedures, and terms of service related to advertising, campaigns, and paid ads management
About You:
Core qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of direct experience with Amazon, eBay and/or E-Commerce operations
Preferred knowledge or experience in Helium10, Data Dive, and other Amazon extension tools
Preferred knowledge with the backend of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central
Possess an understanding of Amazon-specific SEO best practices and Amazon industry trends
Experience in Excel or Google Sheets is essential for the role
Experience and working knowledge in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
Excellent in managing own workload and prioritizing tasks
Demonstrable competency in organisational and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
