What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Inventory Manager who will work with our US based partner - an eCommerce company whose goal is to expand and reinforce brand identity, build systems and extend product lines to the next level.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is bright, ambitious, and multi-skilled; who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, has hands-on experience in inventory and operations management, and an insatiable drive for business alignment. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to work with different personalities.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role, you will:
Review their inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
Prolific with Excel and Google Sheets - V-lookups a MUST
Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages - 10K SKU's
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
Provide detailed recommendations on re ordering plans to maximize container space, inventory turns, and cash flow
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
Communicate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure changing requirements are met in a timely manner
Ensure dynamic response to Amazon FBA inventory limits and supply chain challenges to update everchanging forecasting and communication requirements
Clearly define and understand sales velocity to forecast sales trends for inventory management
Look at trends and seasonality at a weekly/bi-weekly - if something has x months left of stock, the client needs to deliver
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
Improve analysis and reporting capability, including dashboard development, analysis, and reporting a big plus
Amazon Price analysis = Identifying which items have been selling well, which haven't and make a clear decision on the required outcomes
Working with Product Development, Project Management and Replenishment Planning, and coordinate all new launch demands for both "hard" and "soft" launch needs
Maintain and control all historical sales data that supports the statistical needs of each business by SKU
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Executive Team based on analysis and projections
Write and submit reports to the CEO and Executive Team in matters of importance
About You:
At least 3 years of experience in Inventory management
eCommerce/Amazon Experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of Amazon selling models, 1P, 3P, FBA, and SFP
Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
Great written communicator having experience with dealing with supplier management
Expert in Excel (and G Sheets), including capabilities in standardized reporting, analysis, data queries/manipulation, and so forth.
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
An analytical mind with strong math skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and optimizing to KPIs
Ability to project performance and provide a gap analysis (preferred)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Heavy collaboration with cross functional business partners and the ability to influence the outcome of strategic decisions.
