Amazon Europe Generalist
What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Amazon Europe Generalist. You will be working with our client that provides entrepreneurs and owners with the most efficient and lucrative way to sell their businesses. They are backed by a world-class group of partners and investors that have built leading companies.
The ideal candidate will be part of an exciting organization that continues to develop and grow its team members. Someone who is knowledgeable in Amazon Seller Central, dynamic and has a proactive approach to problem solving and workflow optimizations.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role, you will:
Understand the industries and countries in which our brands operate, including business trends, competitors, and local customer behaviors.
Deep dive SEO keyword research, and craft listing detail copy before implementing in Seller Central while working with our Paid Advertising team to maximize ROI.
Own the day-to-day maintenance of our product listings and optimize them for success, including PDP optimizations, new product listing creation, pricing and promotional activity execution, best seller ranking, titles and copy edits, case management, overall account health, voice of customer, etc.
Analyze SKU level information and data, including sales, traffic, conversion, and pricing to better understand product level trends and share these observations with the Business Operations team, providing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the Category Management team on marketplace opportunities such as new product launches, competitor benchmarking, and general marketplace process improvements
About You:
Core qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in similar field
Previous work experience with managing and navigating Amazon systems
Experience case logging to solve problems
Experience conducting SEO research
Experience in Amazon Seller Central
Expertise in supporting Amazon UK and Germany is an advantage
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Must love working with numbers and large amounts of data
Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Proficient in using MS Excel/Google Sheets (Vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)
