What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a Business Development Administrator who will be working with our client partner based in the United Kingdom. Our client is a rapidly expanding firm that specializes in international VAT and tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses that are located internationally and in the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for communicating with the clients over the phone or email to discuss more about the Amazon Registration Process.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Ensure correct and timely data entry of enquiries and emails.
Administer the setting up of new clients and organize the VAT registration documents.
Experience in communicating with clients over the phone
Monitoring and tracking enquiries and leads from inbound mail
Carry out administrative tasks required by Global Indirect Tax Manager
Carry out administrative tasks as required to support members of the Online Marketplace department. This will include e-filing and /or actioning emails received into the department from Amazon ensuring KPIs are met.
Effectively manage new client set ups via Telephone, Website and Online forms.
Assist the department in achieving the overall sales target in line with business strategy.
Provide input in upselling opportunities for the department
Work effectively with colleagues who are located in mainland Europe.
About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Customer Service and Administration on Amazon
Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) in interacting with clients
Must have a sound understanding/work experience in the Registration Process of Amazon
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
A Team Player
Proficient in using MS Excel
Ability to work Monday to Friday, UK time zone
Core qualifications:
Communication skills: You need to be able to convey information clearly and answer questions accurately. You also need to be able to communicate effectively with your clients and coworkers to ensure you are all on the same page.
Work Environment: Business Development Administrators work in a customer centric, fast-paced environment. You are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Education: Understanding of documentation required in order to complete client VAT registration. Proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM platforms required. Background in Finance, Taxation, VAT is a plus.
